What can I do at Xenses?
At Xenses you will experience activities along two circuits especially created to awaken your senses:
A tour for your senses through different ecosystems in total darkness, a path that lets you feel like a giant or a dwarf, a little peace of Eden to interact with nature, the inside of the planet among caverns and caves, fun optical illusions, and a delicious lemonade tree in a Xitric Garden.
A crazy Mexican Town that will test your balance, a fast descent on a Slip slide, a Bird Flight zip-line to fly through the sky, and a Natural Xpa, with activities like being covered in mud, floating in a salt river, and being purified with potent streams of water.
Capture extraordinary moments in more than 50 fantastic scenarios: pose in a tunnel of hearts, lift the weight of the world with your hands, float inside a pool without getting wet, kiss a giant stone face, be like Superman in the fortress of solitude, and visit the upside down house, among many others.

How much is the admission to Xenses?
Adults admission only: $ 6999 USD.
Admission + round trip transportation from Cancun (Tour): $ 9999 USD
Admission + round trip transportation from Playa del Carmen: $ 8999 USD. The minimum age recommended for Xenses is 5 years old. Children 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price. Must present valid official ID at the Park’s ticket booths. If you purchase your admission (with or without transportation) 7 to 20 days in advance you get 10% off. If you purchase with more than 21 days in advance you get 15% off.
Is there a special kid’s price?
Child admission from 5 to 11 years: $ 3499 USD. Child admission + round trip transportation from Cancun (Tour): $ 4999 USD
Child admission + round trip transportation from Playa del Carmen $ 4499 USD. The minimum age recommended for Xenses is 5 years old. Children 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price. Must present valid official ID at the Park’s ticket booths. Children under 12 but taller than 4.5 ft must present an ID to verify their age. If you purchase your admission (with or without transportation) 7 to 20 days in advance you get 10% off. If you purchase with more than 21 days in advance you get 15% off.
What does admission include?
Your admission includes all the activities and attractions of this half day park, which will allow you to take advantage of your time in Cancun or Riviera Maya. Remember that food, beverages and photography services are not included.Back to top
How long does it take?
Xenses is a half day park with an approximate duration of 5 hours. It is open Monday to Saturday with entrance schedules depending on your admission. If your admission is without transportation, you can arrive from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Departure depends on the time of your arrival at the Park.
If your admission is with transportation, the MORNING arrival is between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m, and departure between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The AFTERNOON arrival is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and departure between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Does it include food? Do I need to arrive having had breakfast or lunch?
It is better if you have already had breakfast or lunch before your visit to the Park. If you get hungry, at Xenses you can buy snacks and drinks to recharge your energy. Remember that this service is not included in your admission.Back to top
Is there vegetarian or gluten-free food?

Must I know how to swim?
The Slip and Bird Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 4.2 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft tall who can’t swim be accompanied by their parents at all times.Back to top
What should I wear to Xenses?
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, suitable for water and hot weather. Bring a bathing suit, water shoes or sandals, a towel and a change of clothes.Back to top
Can I bring my camera? Are there any photographers? Is the Photopass included?
We recommend that you leave your camera or cell phone in the lockers, as they could be damaged during certain activities. Selfie sticks are not allowed. We have strategic autophoto points, guaranteeing you the best shots from unbelievable angles. Remember that this service is not included in your admission.Back to top
What is the minimum age to enter the Park?
At Xenses everyone will have fun and are welcome. We recommended a minimum age of 5 years old, as well as to consult the height and weight guidelines for the activities that require it.Back to top
What days is it open? What are the hours?
Xenses park is a half day Park open Monday to Saturday with entrance schedules depending on your admission. If your admission is without transportation, you can arrive from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Departure depends on the time of your arrival at the Park. Xenses is approximately a five hour experience.
If your admission is with transportation, in the MORNING arrival is between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and departure between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. In the AFTERNOON arrival is between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and departure between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Are persons with disabilities, wheelchairs, and/or senior citizens able to enter the Park?
At Xenses all are welcome, however, due to its operation, some activities do not have the characteristics necessary for the use or access of people in wheelchairs or with disabilities.Back to top
Are there discounts for persons with disabilities, on wheelchairs, or senior citizens?
We gladly provide a special discount to elderly people who have existing credentials with INSEN and INAPAM. We also have a discount for people with disabilities, which can be validated at the Park’s ticket booths.Back to top

Can I go if I’m pregnant?
At Xenses you can always find something you can enjoy, however, there are some activities that we recommend not doing. The Bird Flight activity is not permitted for pregnant women.Back to top

Is there a discount for Quintana Roo residents?
Have on hand your official identification and enjoy a 50% discount on regular Admission or Tour. In the case of minors residing in Quintana Roo it will be necessary to present school credentials with picture or photo report card.Back to top

Can I change the date of my visit?
Yes, you can change your visit to another date within one year from the date of purchase on your ticket. This change is valid if made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are not allowed to be made on the date of your visit.Back to top
Can I arrive by car? Is there parking?
Yes, you can get here in your car and leave it in our parking lot free of charge. We also recommend taking advantage of our Tour option, with departures from the comfort of your hotel from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. or from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., depending on the location of your hotel.Back to top
RECOMMENDATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
- If you suffer from heart problems, epilepsy, asthma, claustrophobia, hypertension or diabetes, please restrain from doing the activities. Children must always be accompanied by their parents, who should consult the guidelines of weight and height to perform certain activities.
- We recommend that you leave your camera or cell phone in the lockers, as it could be damaged during certain activities. Selfie sticks are not allowed. We have strategic autofoto points, guaranteeing you the best shots from unbelievable angles. Remember that this service is not included in your admission.
This activity is recommended for children 5 years and older, as long as the harness fits them properly. It is not advisable if you have had any recent surgeries (less than 6 months), heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, back problems, hernias, or if you are pregnant.Back to top
